1.  GET A ROUTINE

Try to go to bed and get up at the same time each day. Your body clock needs to get into a rhythm, especially when you are in your 20s and 30s. Setting your alarm clock for the same time each day will help with the rhythm, get a sleep diary to help keep track of what time you go to bed. Finding this rhythm will help you get the right amount of sleep and allow you to feel rested and awake throughout your busy day.

Herbs are suited for the care and nourishment of beautiful skin

Red Clover Flower

Red clover has many nutrients, including the minerals calcium, chromium, magnesium, and potassium, and vitamins such as niacin, thiamine and vitamin C. It's also high in isoflavones, which are water soluble chemicals that act like estrogens and are found in plants of the legume (bean) family, including soy beans. Because of its isoflavones, Red Clover is often used for women's health issues.

Another major health benefit of using Red Clover is that it may prevent or slow down heart disease. A few studies (not definitive yet) show that taking Red Clover may lower the levels of "bad" cholesterol and raise the levels of "good" cholesterol.

Red Clover can be used as an infusion and is a great skin tonic for strengthening the body. Its blossoms help in many ways to nourish the body and relax the nerves. Also is a good herb for childhood eczema.

Red Clover is found in fields and meadows throughout Europe and North Americas, best to gather the flowers and leaves from May to September.

"Alexander McQueen’s memorial service at St. Paul’s cathedral yesterday was warm, heartfelt and full of people that loved him. Wonderful stories were told about his life in fashion by his friends and family. Anna Wintour gave a particularly touching rendition of her personal and professional relationship with McQueen. The London Community Gospel Choir lifted our spirits with their closing song, and with the sound of the bagpipes the beautiful service for Alexander McQueen came to an end." Vivian Zarvis
